Rent out car parking at home

Hi all,
Just found a website that was included within a news article of a local free newspaper, the Solihull News.
The website is called https://www.Parkatmyhouse.com. It aims to bring together people who want to park close to large or busy cities without paying high parking charges. It looks as if the website has not been going for long as there are not many participants registered yet. People can log on to either find a parking space or rent one out on their drive. Could be both a money spinner and money saving.
Please note i am not involved in this site at all, and do not benefit from plugging it, however i feel it may be too good an opportunity for some to miss.

When this was reported in the media HMRC immediately put out a statement saying that anyone doing this would have to declare the income for Tax - so don't forget, will you !!!!!0
