We're teaming up with Nando’s to host an amazing album listening party that gives a bunch of you guys the chance to hear Jukebox before anyone else! The event will take place on Tuesday 25th October at a Nando's restaurant in London where you will be provided with Nando's PERi-PERi treats whilst listening to the brand new tracks!

JLS NANDO’S 'JUKEBOX' LISTENING PARTY PRIZE DRAW - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entry
1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with all other information provided prior to entering the
prize draw form part of the rules of entering the prize draw (the “Rules”). By entering the prize draw
you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them.
1.2 Entry is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales. If you are under 16 years old,
you must ask the permission of a parent or guardian before entering the prize draw and the
Promoter may place restrictions on your use of the prize where necessary or appropriate.
1.3 Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (see section 4 below for details),
companies within the Sony Music Entertainment group of companies and any of their subsidiaries
and/or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be
invalid.
1.4 The prize draw will close at midday on Wednesday 19th October 2011. Any entries received
after this time (for any reason) will be discounted.
2. The Prize
2.1 40 winners will be selected by prize draw meaning that the first 40 entries drawn at random
from all eligible entries will win the prize.
2.2 The winner(s) will be contacted via email by no later than 5pm on Friday 21st October 2011. If
the winner(s) cannot be contacted or does not respond as specified on or before 4pm on Monday
24th October 2011, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct
entrant drawn and thereafter until another winner is found. Details of the winner(s) will be available
on request to all participants who send a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at the
address below.
2.3 The prize consists of a pair of tickets to attend the 'Jukebox' album listening party being hosted
by Nando’s. The event will take place in London on Tuesday 25th October 2011. The exact details of
the venue will be confirmed with the winners before 25th October. Travel and accommodation is
NOT provided. Winners under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult – ID may be required.
2.4 In the event that the winner does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet the Rules, the
Promoter shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the winner, without any further liability to
the winner.
2.5 No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable.
However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize at its discretion or to offer an
alternative of similar value.
3. General Terms
3.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.3.2 Entries that are incorrect or incomplete will be void. No refund will be made for the cost of any
entry. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's
fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under the Rules.
3.3 The winner(s) will be required, as a condition of being awarded the prize, to participate in
promotional and publicity materials at the reasonable request of the Promoter.
3.4 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of
any part of the draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.
3.5 The Promoter and Sony Music group of companies are not responsible for network, telephone
line or communication failures of any kind or for entries that are incomplete, corrupted,
incomprehensible or not received before the closing date and time. Such entries will be void.
3.6 Sony Music assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from
acceptance or use of any prize, provided that nothing in the Rules shall exclude or limit the
Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff or supplier’s negligence or for
fraud.
3.7 Sony Music is not responsible for any payment of any taxes or other costs associated with the
receipt of any prizes.
3.8 Sony Music reserves the right to cancel this prize draw and to amend these Terms and
Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control.
3.9 The Rules shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
