Receiving Occupational Pension

Hello folks, hope all are well, this is my first post to the forum.
I'm 41 years old and I receive an occupational pension through ill health retiral ( I worked as a plasterer but couldn't continue) I have however battled back and now do a different type of job, office based. I do pay into my current employers superannuation scheme but am wondering if there are any firms who would buy the pension I am currently receiving e.g a lump sum and then take the chance of receiving monthly payouts for the next 30 odd to 50 years hopefully. Apologies if all that sounds a bit vague.
