You keep on tediously repeating that there are no seasonal variations in the Scottish housing market despite evidence to the contrary.
No one has denied seasonal variations.
I have said that seasonal variations of tens of thousands of pounds don't actually exist. The statistical anomolies were not apparent prior to the market breakdown circa 2007.
It is also an absolute fact that a number of the VIs who produce the statistics under discussion have in fact stated that the variations are due to statistical skew caused by larger properties selling whilst smaller (nominally first time buyer type properties) do not.
These have been discussed a number of times.
