Cream cleanser for dry sensitive skin

Options
Can anyone recommend a good one that's reasonably priced. I am wanting a rich cream cleanser not a lotion.

  • Have you tried Dove? I got a nice one in the Pound shop! It has foreign writing on it but it's good for my skin which is sensitive.

  • Aqueous cream. It's good for everything.

No perfumes or colours. Very cheap.

I don't have dry sensitive skin but I've recently been using TBS Aloe Vera cleanser which was very soothing. Ask an SA for advice for our skin type.

    I wouldn't use aqueous cream:

  • Try sweeping olive oil over skin with cotton wool pads. Avoid eye area.

I think you've misread that article.

The article you link to refers to using it as a moisturiser and leaving it on the skin. It was never designed for that. The OP is referring to using a cleanser (i.e. putting it on and wiping it off). Aqueous cream is great for cleansing anywhere on the body.

I have sensitive skin and I've found nothing better than aqueous cream for cleansing.

I don't like it as a moisturiser though.
  • Aqueous cream is £1 in the poundshops for a HUGE tub!
personally I dont like it very much.

  • Superdrug Hot Cloth Cleanser is proving to be a hit with myself & my mum. We both have sensitive skin & my mum always uses Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. We both agree the Superdrug version is a good alternative.
