It's also used in the filling for Hummingbird Bakery Whoopie Pies. Definitely recommended!

Also my Mum loves this stuff as they used to sell it in Waitrose but they stopped selling it. So I shall put some away for her Christmas present. (I can't believe I just used the C word :eek:

Did anyone make the recipe, i'm going to have a go now i've converted all the ingredients weights, but can i just replace the plain flour, baking powder and salt with self raising flour?
