reliable collections

When our DMP payment by Payplan did not reach the monthly statement from reliable collections they added £12.00. We are in our finial year of our DMP. We understand that we are now actually paying these charges etc..
I would like to settle this account though it will take time to raise £79.00 approx.
What advise would you give us in asking Reliable to give us a breakdown of charges from XXX to present day.. Also would you do it. I know l have not got a written credit agreement due to the account being years old. They did not do one years ago..
If we ask for a settlement figure for this account, would expect my other creditors not be very happy.. thanking you
We are now paying charges l think on all creditors though it is now under a thousand.. Payplan tried to ask them to write the debts off..
