Hi all,
Thanks, we have been researching and keeping an eye on land prices in this area for the past 18 months and the approx sale price for land per acre is £8K. More for smaller parcels of land.
No I am not under 25, am in the my 30's
Thanks for the info to speak to NFU they are certainly worth a chat too
So do you all think it is possible to get finance for a working livery yard that can show it earns money each month etc. I have had 50% of people saying yes and the other 50% saying no and now I am trying to nail down somewhere where I can go and speak to them and possibly get funding in place so I know where I can look
Damn! I was going to suggest trying The Prince's Trust.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -

Why would you want to saddle yourself with debt?"We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

KingElvis - I was after advice on here as to what direction to point myself in, it is merely your personal opinion that I would be getting into debt although I doubt no pun was intended by the saddle part :rotfl:
It is a good investment and I will continue to search although NFU seem to be very helpful.
Thanks all0 -
