Hello I am looking for some sound advice please, My wife and are are possibly looking to move house, We have had a mortgage since 2006 first with Amber Home Loans due to me being in a debt Repayment plan with Payplan since 2004. Amber home Loans sold our mortgage to Mercantile Asset Management who then sold it on to our present Leeds Building Society. I currently owe £7000.00 on my Debt repayment plan,
I was wanting to know if any lenders are offering 80-85% LTV my credit report show Fair with a figure of 780 and it shows 1 default in march 2009 I have no CCJs.
My wife has an excellent score A+
Can anyone help please as we don't want to market our house without sound advise.
Many thanks
