Leisure vouchers/ london help?

Hi all,
We are going to london for the weekend soon and have purchased london passes. We would like to go on the london eye but have a good amount of leisure vouchers saved up that I would like to use to pay for the flight. Have phoned up their customer services and said they cannot pre-book if using vouchers. Have also spoke to Keith Prowse and they say I will have to send off vouchers first with details, then they will call me to arrange any further details.
Does anyone know if it will be worth waiting in the line to purchase tickets on the day with vouchers or easier to pay cash and use vouchers elsewhere?
Sorry if this is in the wrong place but it is relating to leisure vouchers so I thought this would be the best place.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
