Aldi/Lidl ice cream.

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know which one does the tubs of ice cream that look like Ben & Jerrys. I have seen then lots of time but having a blank whether it was in Lidl or Aldi.
Cant remember all the flavours but there's definitly a cookies and cream, and a chocolate flavour one.
Want to get some at some point today for DD's sleepover party this weekend.
There's no Ben & Jerry's on offer at the mo, so i'm going to give these a try.
Has anyone tried them from Aldi/Lidl and what do you think?
My aldi and Lidl stores are quite a way from each other, so i want to go to the right one IYSWIM.

I don't know whether they do have their own in Lidl but they definitely have the Ben & Jerry's equivalent in Aldi!

Oh! And every flavour I have tried in the range has been yum, there's a caramel one (sorry can't remember the name!) which is gorgeous - caramel sauce and chocolate chunks in it.

Thanks. Looks like it was Aldi then. I'll be popping in this evening.:)Works out well, as i only wanted to go to Lidl for their weekend offers on Saturday.
Hope they have a couple of flavors. Might have to taste test before i let a crowd of 11 year old loose with a spoon:rotfl:

Popped in to aldi earlier. They had three flavours, so i bought one of each:)

I've tried the lidl ones in the blue circular tubs.
They have a weird taste, sadly i wouldnt recommend them .

Has anyone tried those mini ice creams from Aldi. they come in a pack of 4 mini squares. Are they nice?

I havent' tried those particular ice creams in aldi,- in fact up until yesterday I had never bought Ice cream there.
i do however, thoroughly recommend the almond ice creams in Lidl . They are far far nicer than Magnums and a fraction of the price (£1.99 for 6) Both the quality of the chocolate and the Ice cream are superior to Magnums IMO.
They are a staple in our freezer.

Lidl also do a yummy proper vanilla ice cream in big tub.

Aldi do fantastic diary ice-cream in black plastic tubs. Think they do Strawberry, Vanilla, and Choc. The strawberry has strawberries in and the chocolate has chocalate pieces in. We love them, and having them in little tubs means we limit how much we eat!

Doesn't work for me.... I just eat two tubs!

It's tempting but we only have a small freezer so one flavour at a time!
