Don't take this the wrong way but do you think you deserved to be sacked or could you challenge it?

Thanks for all the support and advice, I will be talking to a solicitor on Monday, however, they have been quite cute. The notice period takes me up to 11 months from the date I started and you are not covered by employment legislation regarding unlawful sackings (No verbal warnings, no written warnings etc..) This is not the first time this company has done this it seems.
Alrady a member of Jobsite, but my area of expertise (automotive manufacturing) has been hit hard so not many jobs around. Time to get some training in a new caree I thinkMortgage 15 years to go: £130,000

i'm so sorry to hear your bad news, similar thing happened to me a couple of years ago. i'd been there for three months and they didn't carry on my contract after my probation. i promise there will be a silver lining, however hard it is to find, and things will get better, just keep fighting and remember you have many many friends on here who'll help as much as they can!
