Mortgage & JSA

I am claiming Job Seekers Allowance.
I have just received forms to complete to receive mortgage relief.
Can you tell me how this will affect my credit rating and mortgage applications in the future.
I have just been to see my mortgage lender Cheltenham and Gloucester and they do not have a problem with it as long as the mortgage is paid.
However, I was told that other Building Societies may not be so accommodating.
Can you advise please?

You will need to keep up your full repayments until the money starts to come through to the government. Even then, if it's not a sufficient amount in order to make your full monthly payment, you will be expected to fund the shortfall.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Thank you but that is not my question.
I have never defaulted on a mortgage payment or any other loan payment
I am concerned that if I accept mortgage relief how will it affect my future, with respect to new loan applications or new mortgage applications0
