  • I just phoned Sainsburys in Richmond. A really thick (heavily accented) woman answered the phone and could not understand what a satnav was (let alone a Navman). She said "is it a DVD?", no its electronic maps for use in cars I said. She still didn't understand then just said "no we don't do them" because she couldn't be bothered to find out. Useless. It's a big Sainsburys superstore and I'm sure they do them.
