Cancelled too, but struggling to see the point in complaining TBH. All Amazon could do is to stop them selling on Amazon (unlikely) and they are quite a small seller, so not going to be able to offer much as Compo, maybe a price reduction. But, looking at the cost of most of the things in their shop, they charge WAY over the odds anyways, so a £5 voucher would not make the product as cheap as other retailers - wonder how they manage to sell anything!

Well they've still not got to mine yet lol. Still there!

Wish they'd hurry up. Can get on and sort out another xmas pressie for my nephew then.

Edit: Sent them a message. The sooner I know what is going on the better.

My order just got cancelled too this morning... No reason given. It was a bit too good!

MY order hasnt been cancelled instead i got this from amazon (which i think amounts to the same thing):-

I have emailed PEMA again - twice now & am still waiting reply.

Finally they've got around to cancelling my order. Grrrrrr.

Still no response to the two messages that I sent. Is very poor service. Just need to work out how to leave them negative feedback. Cos at the moment its saying that I can't.

Edit: Am moaning to the amazon lot who have said that they will pass it on and 'investigate'. isn't the cancelling of the order, but the ignoring of my 2 messages that really get my goat.
