Hi,
Is it possible to buy a property before you sell your own, I have seen a house and I don't want to miss out on it?

Yes, you can.
Its called a bridging loan (which is risky and expensive).
It depends on your income and any loans you still have. etc.
Check out the mortgage board as people have asked questions like yours before.
Definitely a case to speak to a broker and stick with the small local ones not the large national ones.0
