Making fascinators

Hi there

Not sure if I've put this in the right place. I have been given the task of making novelty fascinators for a friends hen weekend. Does anyone know where the best place is to buy cheap black plastic Alice bands (ideally thin ones). Have to make about 18 and don't want to spend a fortune.

Would say a £1 shop but even that works out a lot.
If you didn't want plastic you could make Alice bands out of black elastic.
What are you decorating them with?
Some cheapish on Ebay.
