prescription glasses on line

can you trll me of a good/cheap on line nhs place i can oreder glasses,
an could you also run me through it never done it before how do i no what size i would have to put down?
Had eyes tested in Boots she said eye site still poor in the left as have optic neurites,an the right is suffering a bit too, but the glasses you have will be ok for a while

they have scratches all over them have had them a while
so could you lovely people please help me,i havew looked at glasses on line but dont no how to order them
how stupid i must sound

been up sincs 5am legs were having a dance and shooting up an down pain beyond didnt want to wake oh,so went downstairs on my backside so didnt fall
any help please
