CD Wow...you decide

Morning guys and girls - I know there are loads of CD Wow threads already, but I wasn't really sure which one this fitted in to (though I'm sure someone will tell me pretty soon!). Anyway....
I signed up for the CD Wow DVD rental service, which is advertised on the site with an eye-catching 'Get a £15 Voucher!'. After perusing the terms and conditions, I got someone to refer me, therefore earning myself a £5 voucher for signing up and a £10 voucher for being referred. So I thought - but today I was sent just the £10 voucher, and a question to CD Wow brought this response:
If you look at the site it clearly states that you can obtain a £10
voucher and or a £5 voucher. You get different vouchers for different
things, such as signing up and refering friends.
Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to
contact us again.
Kind Regards,

However, reading the relevant part of the terms and conditions (below), I reckon (as they're fairly loosely worded), that I can claim both a £5 and a £10 voucher....fellow moneysavers, should I fight for my extra fiver, or do you think I haven't got a leg to stand on?
Terms and Conditions for the £5 voucher/14 day trial and £10 voucher/14 day trial Member referral scheme valid from 6 Dec 2004.
1. This offer is valid only from 6 Dec 2004 and only one offer is available per household.
2. The offer is only available to triallists who have not previously enjoyed a free trial period or other promotional incentive with CD WOW! DVD Rentals or any LOVEFiLM-powered site or LOVEFiLM promotional partner.
3. A £5 CD WOW! voucher will be awarded to any triallist satisfying conditions (1) & (2), who is deemed to have adequately trialled the CD WOW! DVD rental service. This is defined as having rented and returned at least 3 DVDs during the 14 day trial period. You will be sent the voucher when your fourth rental is shipped from our warehouse.
4. A £10 CD WOW! voucher will be awarded to any *referred* triallist satisfying conditions (1) & (2), who is deemed to have adequately trialled the CD WOW! DVD rental service. This is defined as having rented and returned at least 3 DVDs during the 14 day trial period. You will be sent the voucher when your fourth rental is shipped from our warehouse.
I might add that the service has been excellent so far...
Cheers!

Just had another email from Lovefilm/Cd-Wow (you can't fault their customer service), stating that as I signed up as a referral, I'm only eligible for a £10 voucher. I've emailed them back asking (very nicely, of course!), that if it's actually impossible to get more than a £10 voucher, then why does their advert trumpet a £15 sign-up offer...? I'm expecting a voucher just to shut me up...lol! If you don't ask....0
