Payday Type loan companies

Hello everyone, can anyone advise me please? A family member has got himself up to his eyeballs with three of these types of company and will pay out his pay next week unless he takes my advice and gets on board as a DFW. His total debts are not insurmountable but the nature of these loans will leave him potless, with all the problems this brings.

The question I have is what are these companies like for freezing interest and accepting arrangements, if he can sort this it will really improve his health and wellbeing.

Many thanks in advance for any help or advice on this matter.

Contact them all with offers of payment plans there is no guarantee that they will freeze interest but you can only ask,

It would also be worthwhile to hunt on this forum for payday loans. They are able to just take what they want from his account so he probably needs to claim his card has been stolen and try to stop anyone taking anything from his account and move his bank account. If you search you will find how people have tackled it before.

You should not say the card is stolen just to cover yourself against potential charges from attempted withdrawls of cash, you are better off just closing the account as saying you lost the card is basicaly lying,
