Hi
My soon to be ex husband is in severe financial difficulties and demands that I sell our house. My combined income including part time wage, tax credits and child maintenance is around £25k. To buy him out I would need a mortgage of around £120k - I have no form of deposit.
What are my chances of finding something? Be brutal - I can take it
