Tesco Price Check

Hi
Just wondered if anyone else had encountered problems with the above service.
Have done several reciepts all which come out as 'Tesco is cheaper', but have done a couple and specially selecting products so no offers are in the list, just to test the prices and the email comes back saying 'Unable to trace your reciept please re-enter' and surprise surprise they still can't find it.
The Customer services don't help either just saying we will let the manager of the store know there is a problem at their end !!!

same here! tesco is always cheaper with lots of N/A products.....so so stupid! they just dont want to pay out! x
