    I totally agree. I have never had a problem with Amazon.co.uk, Amazon Marketplace, Play.com or CDWOW. Recently, I ordered a CD from CDWOW and I didn't recieve it. Turns out it must have been lost in the post. They contacted me, apologised, gave me instructions and then sent me a new CD before Xmas (They didn't make me wait 10-21 working days either). Their CS is excellent. There CS emails came from Cyprus and Hong Kong! Doesn't say much about British Companies does it?
