Not very nice for the folks who buy the paper elsewhere, day in day out or get it delivered:o

They could of at least put a token for a free bag in the paper that everyone could of used

Having said that I haven't bought yesterdays news in any variety for years :) isn't the internet great :T last time I read a Belly Tele it was being handed out for free at a wee shop in Portrush at the end of the night.
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

So you travel to Tesco to buy the telegraph to get a packet of crisps free.

    How sad.

I do wish people would stop giving this store FREE ancillary advertising. We hear on the news when its sales are up, or down, if it is employing a few people, involved in some thinly veiled promotional 'good deed' etc etc etc. Most of it is utter nonsense, aimed at promoting the brand name.

I would buy the telegraph in the local newsagents and forgetthe crisps. I want the newsagent to be there in the future. I do not want to have to go to Tesco to buy a newspaper, a pencil, a jotter or a birthday card etc. etc. There comes a point when the supermarket experience turns sour, and it ceases to be either cheap or convenient.

My local Tesco is in Bangor, six miles away..cost me more to get the free crisps in petrol than they're worth...an open voucher would've been better.

Think how healthy you will be after a 12 mile run - minus the calories in the crisps of course!! :rotfl:
