I find twinings usually good for turning up.. in fact they once sent me the wrong choice and sent me more when I told them.. in contrast I have sent for the supposed free samples of Yorkshire tea that keep being bandied about more times than I can remember and they havent once turned up..:p

    Yorkshire Tea ones never turn up for me either.
