Thought I'd mention that Tesco are presently selling Twinings Tea Bags (50 per pack - 125g) 2 for £3 until 11/05/2010.

    Selections include:

Twinings Speciality Earl Grey, Darjeeling, Assam, English Breakfast, Lapsang Souchon, Traditional Afternoon, Lady Grey or Chai and works out £1.20/100g

And Waitrose have Twinings 1706 Traditional Full Flavour Tea Bags (80 per pack - 250g) 2 for £5.00 until 11/05/2010 and that works out £1/100g.
