Grrrr NPB's!

I had a npb on an item , waited a week, no contact so filed the npb and waited 4 days and closed it. Then I done a second chance offer, explained to new buyer had had a NPB so if they wanted it they could have it, they bought straight away and have not paid!! I have had to open a NPB on them now, why would you accept the second chance and then not pay grrrr!
On another note, I have had my negative fb fall off the board and now have 100% again :j
