Yes, but why bother? If you never earn gain you wont have to pa anything back and the loan will be cancelled when you are 650

I was hopeful of studying again at some stage as a disabled student. Would I be allowed?0

Of course you'd be allowed, but I don't think you'd get a student loan as you already have a degree (or so I assume).
If you didn't finish your first degree then it should be ok. I started a degree years ago, had to drop out due to health problems, and I've just this year started a part time degree, and can get tuition fee help for it. Not sure how you'd manage as a full timer though for the living costs part of the loan.
But the system's changing from next year with the increased fees, I don't know what the rules around it will be.
It's probably best to speak to the finance people at the uni you want to go to for a definitive answer.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
I have a foundation degree as a disabled student and two failed years before i became disabled.0

Pretty much the same as me then, two failed years at a bricks n mortar uni, and a few OU courses under my belt. So you should still get some help if you go part time, not sure about full time.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
