'THE DOCUMENT COULD NOT BE PRINTED' - Why?

I have just gone to print out a Groupon voucher, only to have a small window with Adobe logo in top left corner, reading:
'The document could not be printed.'

All was fine yesterday and there have never been problems with Groupon before.

Any ideas?

I have printed it now, by copying and pasting to microsoft, but would like to correct this glitch.

Thankyou.

IIRC, there was a download (on the ASK restaurant chain site) that allowed printing of coupons, if it worked before then I suspect the settings have changed in the firewall since some update was installed?

Thankyou DUTR, but I'm sorry, I don't understand 'IIRC' or 'settings have changed in the firewall since some update was installed?'

The coupon comes as an email advice plus download.

Sounds either like the PDF was corrupted or there is a problem with adobe reader. Do you have the latest version Adobe X
Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j

    Yes neilwoods - thankyou.

    ...at least I did!

Now when I hit Start button and look at adobe, it says Empty.
Next looked at all progs installed and further down Adobe reader 9 is listed[although that was updated to 10.3 a few weeks ago]BUT, this doesn't open either. Starts with windows installer, then gives window labelled Problem with Shortcut, which starts 'patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists...' etc.etc' '

Took 3 go's, nw, but done now, although there's just been an 'Adobe needs to close....'window.

But I did reprint the voucher sans problème.

    Thankyou.
