Those who are returning the diaries, are you getting a full refund? The website states that for items reduced to 50% or less, you can only exchange or get the money onto a giftcard.

It has just arrived and I'm really impressed - much bigger than I thought. Hope he is equally impressed!

When did they change it ? I sent stuff back in the summer and got a full refund but you are right that is what it says and I have just ordered stuff thinking I can send it back if I dont like apparently you can have a full refund if you paid on your debenhams card !

I thought so - website says you have 7 days to 'cancel' your order after receiving so I guess you could get a full refund that way.

I contacted them about cancelling and they just gave the usual info about how to return. I'm going to return via royal mail as I figure they are more likely to refund your card that way than post out a gift card!
