decorate a website for xmas

Hi, i was wondering if somebody could help me. I want a script with christmas tree lights that twinkle. Ages ago, i seen a website with them on, but i cant find that site. The lights go around the border of the website and its got some tincel on them aswell

Thanks Sheel, I have just bookmarked site three as I remember having the Snowball fights and the Elf game years ago and the visiting kids all thought they were great fun!
