Need to sort myself out

This post is a bit random but my finances are all over the place, I have an issue with spending which am working on but can appreciate that this is my hole which iv'e dug. I have £2,500 on my Barclaycard and am usually over the limit most months by a small amount. There is also £450 on a Vanquis card and a £1,000 overdraft with Barclays and a couple of payday loans which I can pay back okay. However my finances are causing me a lot of anxiety and i'm very confused.
I'm 27 and live at home right now paying board and such, I have applied for a santander loan but am not sure this is the best thing to do.

    Hi

Probably the first step is to try to write out a statement of affairs to see how much you have coming in and how much going out before your debt repayments. Then see how much you have left and how that compares to your minimum payments - we use this calculator here - http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

have santander given you an answer on the loan? being over your limit will be reflected on your credit file and probably means you will be declined for more mainstream finance at the moment.

I would write your spending plan in fine details so more experienced members can look through it.

Avoid The Pay Day Loans, And Dont Except The Loan But If Your Over Your credit limits i would think you would be declined.
