PO Box Address??

We are retired ex-home owners who now live in a wooden chalet/parkhome. We are attempting to by two properties to let in the Worcestershire area but are finding it increasingly difficult to obtain an acceptable credit rating to satisfy our mortgage lender. In principle they have accepted a PO Box address but because it does not show on their system they have requested a 'Credit Rating'. Unfortunately the on-line questionaire does not accept a PO Box number as an address and therefore the lender is refusing our mortgage request.
We use the PO Box for ALL our banking, investments, pension payments, credit card etc. and can demonstrate 7 years of trouble free corresponence at this address.
Can anyone please help us resolve this issue so we can get our PO Box officially recognised?

Thanks - yes the site we are on has a postal address but the site owners don't allow mail to the Park Home owners therefore we and others had to obtain a PO Box number to conduct our business, hence the problem. We have all our financial details & letterheads for the PO Box but no mortgage providers seem to accept this...Can someone please help?0

You must have an actual address for your chalet, you must be registered on the electoral register, if you are on the electoral register this is where the lenders will look for you, a PO Box could mean anything and i can totally see where the lenders are coming from, i am almost sure that the electoral register in your borough will also require a full postal address. I would also have a word with the park owners as they dont appear to be very fair with you on this matter, i would approach your local council/councillor i would also get a copy of your credit report and look at the linked address section. Good LuckI am a Mortgage Advisor. You should note that this site does not check my status as a Mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
