I make sock teddies. They are so unbelievably cheap!!! and so easy to make. If you do them professionally and take your time then you should have something you can make some money out of them. Although I have never tried, it may be something cute if you have different characters etc

Why not try google, i have manged to find a few great sock monkey tutorials from them!
