Hi
Just hoping for some information/advice please.
If a buyer pulls out of a purchase before exchange but after having received their mortgage offer, would they have to pay the mortgage arrangement fee if they had previously arranged for it to be added to the loan?
I appreciate that the answer might be that it depends on the particular lender but just wanted a general idea please.
