The Pro version in the OP has real time scanning which should stop anything it is programmed to check for getting on to a PC, and is for lifetime upgrades

The free version will detect things it is programmed to check for only when you run a scan with it

not what they say on the techi forum others are much better malware isnt antivirus its different and the version the OP is offering is a good deal, the basic version is free but this one isnt.
