Hi there,
My father is approaching 65 and has a DMP with Payplan, could anyone advise if they are able to apply to use his private & OAP pension towards his debts ?
Thanks
Matt

If his income is changing he should go back to Payplan for a review. It may be that the dmp needs tweaking or that another strategy is more appropriate. Without further details we couldn't be more specific.
There's no rule about any particular form of income being protected in a dmp as they are are informal agreements.0
