i always buy a loaf or a french stick from tesco when i go shopping, and i've noticed the quality recently has gone down hill.
it's always rock hard, full of holes inside and oddly shaped.
anyone else noticed this? or is it just the store i use?
i've started buying breadmix (with the 30p off voucher) to make it myself.

It's probably the 30p off coupon for Wrights bread & cake mixes.

It doesn't specify how many coupons you can print so theoretically you could print as many as you like but can only use 1 coupon per mix purchased. Expires on 31/12/2011.0 -
Thanks op, have tried many varieties of this bread and it's lovely.0

I also buy loafs in tesco, buy the quality is good. Maybe I am more lucky, but people discuss the same problem on forums like this one. You can share your experience if you want, maybe we'll be able to change this together.0

yes thats right! the bread mix is only about 85p-£1 and i last bought the Parmesan and sundried tomato bread mix, and it was so yummy!
we've tried the plain and wholemeal too!
on the coupon it doesnt say 1 per transaction or household, so you could use as many as you like in one shop which we're happy about!
also been buying lots of half bake rolls in tesco which are 49p for 4 medium sized rolls, and freezing them for lots of sunday soup lunches to come in this cold weather!
and also, morrisons had an offer on their 6 pack of rolls buy one get one free, which we took advantage of for our freezer for packed lunches!
