any 10yr fixed rates around?

hi,
I am due to remortgage soon, £180k min valuation, £89k still owing.
We are certain we want to stay at current property for at least another 10 years, and understand early repayment fees etc if we chose to move/repay early.
I started looking into deals last month and Chelsea had a 10 yr fixed at 3.99%, but this has now disappeared from website ... next best I can find is Yorkshire Building society at 4.19%, £995 fee (or 4.95%, £95 fee)
Does anyone know of any better/comparable deals out there at the moment? Current fix expires Feb, so have a bit of time to shop around.
TIA

Products will come and go. As lenders will only have limited funds at these rates. Once the funds are allocated the product will be withdrawn.0 -
