what best mortgage for barn conversion

well seen a barn with planning permission to convert ...wondered if any of you had a good mortgage.basically our story not easy .i basically need a mortgage for 60% in order to purchase the barn through tender...then when we get the barn we gonna put our little hosue up for sale and use the cash to get it and increase the mortgage..my name not on the other mortgage so gonna go for it with my name only...i know lots do mortgages for self builds but any on conversions..i googled and found the ecolgical society any high streets or interent or could you reccomend good broker...im in yorkshire humberside area..
:what are your thoughts ..if you saw the falling down barn you might say im mad but got a good feeling..renovated before but not a barn???

cant help to much but in my case i bought my barn with a bridging loan. sold the house and paid off the loan. used what was left to renovate the barn while living in a caravan in the garden. yes the bridging loan was expensive but only had it for 3 months until the house was sold. if you like the look of a falling down barn, you will love it when its done!
