Hi All I have just received a summons from a company in Jersey (channel islands) and I am meant to be in court 28th October in Jersey. I have been living back in the UK for the last 2 years and I am now wondering if Jersey and the UK have a reciprocal agreement? and if a judgement that was taken out in Jersey could effect…

Looks like a £32k debt (used to consolidate), OP made a single payment, than gave up. currently has no assets, nor mechanism to service such a debt.

BR sounds like the best option. Nothing else looks viable.
