Umbrella pension fund?
Comments
-
If you're lucky the freezing of the pension fund may be genuine and it may save some or even much of your money. Depends on whether the Irish firm saying it's frozen is legitimate or not.
Your experience suggests that we may see news stories in the next few weeks about HMRC and/or the Pensions Regulator blocking the activities of this company and trying to return some of the money to investors.
The legitimate pension companies are becoming more aware of the poor practice by some businesses and individuals and are being a bit more proactive about blocking what they try to do. You might turn out to be lucky.0
