Dorset suppliers - cheap/willing to negotiate and recommended

Hi, Starting to plan my wedding for Autumn next year.
Church and reception venue sorted.
Now the negotiating starts! I'm happy to haggle but thought I'd ask for some recommendations for places who are MSE-friendly as well as any general tips and advice as I am in no way the typical girly-girl, had her wedding planned since she was two - so am a little overwhelmed!
The details are max 50 guests in East Dorset - We're looking to create a relaxed, informal wedding full of fun and entertainment.
Marquee hire - either open sides or more sensible in England, window walls as grounds have beautiful views - quotes so far have been astronomical though!
Anyone know anyone who does long tables, even outside bar tables so guests can sit in two long lines in front of the top table. Also hay bales have been a suggestion, anyone done the same?
Band - any good ones who don't break the bank, so far my quotes are all over £1,500 + VAT - my budget needs them at or under £1,000. Only requirement - keep people dancing!
Catering - wanted something nice with seafood so thinking of either bbq or paella, thanks to a tip on here - this is an area I'd really like to work off a recommendation though!
Bar hire - have one large quote from a rather persistent firm - need a license and probably at least one bar man/maid for the evening.
Going to meet the vicar at the end of October so would be nice to have some places lined up to visit at the same time.

Hi, we are getting married autumn next year in very west Hampshire (mile from Dorset border). We are also having a marquee, and are going with oak leaf marquees. They offer25% discount Oct - Feb. So it may be worth getting a quote from them, we thought they were very good value for money.:T0

We are "auditioning" RP3 on Friday.
Also Jezebel as recommended by my son, who wants them at his wedding. The guitarist also plays pretty good piano. Rubbish YouTube sound though.
Also, if you have not done so already, you might like to check out the mighty Jim Etherington - website here. Even if you don't book him for your wedding you will not have wasted an evening.0 -
The Goodfellas did my sister's wedding - I was really impressed with them. Sounded great and did a good variety of stuff. Think they should come in on budget.0
