- Simply browse the recipes to find the Lion egg hiding in an image.
- Send an email marked 'British Egg Week' to [EMAIL="info@britegg.co.uk"]info@britegg.co.uk[/EMAIL] stating the name of the of the chef whose portrait features the hidden Lion egg, your name and postal address.
- The closing date is midnight on 31 October 2011. All winners will be notified by the end of the day on 7 November 2011.
