Hello you lovely MSErs!
I got my two tickets (from the Virgin promotion) but on a date that is no good for me unfortunately. As I got them from here, I am returning them to you all. I tried to put them on ebay, but apparently there is a byelaw that prevents the sale of railway tickets unless you are the actual rail company.
The details are Euston- Edinburgh (Haymarket) via Birmingham on Sat 27th Jan and returning on Monday 29th Jan via Carlisle.
This would make a lovely weekend away. I have put this on the grabbits 'gone but not forgotten' board too, and will post the tickets off to the most deserving MSE. Please PM me if you would like them. I think thats the fairest way.
By the way, if you are coming from the south, south west trains are currently offering 2 for 1 travel, so the journey to London could be even cheaper.

Is the most annoying thing ever0 -
tickets are non transferable....ID may be asked for on the train, if you cant prove ID you will be asked to pay the full fare.0

thats why I said may be asked for ID...as it states on the coupon, just to make people aware that it is possible....0
