does any one know of any good wii offers.

I know you can get the Wii system with Wii sports for £179.99.

such as cheap games or extra controller.

Argos give you £10 of a Wii game with any Wii console purchased.

There won't be any bargains going while people are still prepared to pay over £200 just for the console on Ebay cos they can't get one.

I was under the impression that you would be very unlikely to get the console any cheaper as the manufacturers make their money on the games, not the hardware.

Some companies would be prepared to sell consoles at a loss as they know they will make their money back on the games

I remember before the xbox 360 launched their was a report saying that Microsoft was losing x amount of money for each machine they sold but will make it back in software as they make a good profit from it.

Cannot see any deals on the wii for a while as they are still hard to get hold of and as suggested above people are still paying over the RRP on ebay

Got a wii yesterday at woolies, a wii console which includes the wii sport, plus a call of duty, and a racing game with a steering wheel, all for £219.

I went to my local woolies today and had non in stock.

saw their offer for £219 but it did not have a steering wheel with it, i said that some one bought one with a steering wheel alse where and they said all the stores have the same offers.

Ow and UKbandit i know their is a thread their. but thats if any one wants a wii or has found any. this one is to see were the best offers are.

From what i can tell wollies does the best offer.

£179.99 for Wii and Wii Sports game.
£199.99 for Wii and Wii sports and 1 game in their list
£219.99 for Wii and Wii sports plus 2 Games from their list of games.
