Problems with park savings

Ive paid off my vouchers a little while ago and since then they are very reluctant in giving me and my customers the vouchers even though I've been promised

This is my first year so its all new to me, ive been given 4 dates for the vouchers to come and received nothing, Ive been given tracking number which doesn't exist.

The phone lines have been engaged all day, I managed to get through another phone line to them and was promised a call before 12 today which hasnt happend.

They said after the first 2 deliverys didnt happen that there was a problem with everyones orders but wouldnt say what.

I'm so worried, what do i do?

Try not to worry, I used park for years and the vouchers were never released much before the 1st week of November. Try calling again. Good luck

I've used Park for years too and never had any problems with them either. Try not to worry too much.

Did you specifically ask for the vouchers to be sent early? I sent them an email at the weekend and they responded this morning so maybe you could try that instead of phoning? I'd imagine that their phonelines will be really busy now that we're in the run up to Christmas.

Glad to hear someones got their vouchers

I phoned up a few weeks ago I asked the man if I paid up early can I get them early, he said "we are sending every customer whos paid up their vouchers on monday, royal mail special delivery" I waited all day tuesday and got nothing, then I rang and she said oh they are in packaging will be there on this date. then nothing and 2 further dates, now I'm told its to be delivered by DX secure? wheres royal mail gone.

I hope it's just a normal delay, I really want to do this every year as it's amazing to know Ive paid up before I've started, gonna ring and email after the school run, thanks everyone x

hey just spoke to park they said now it's been given to the delivery service "it's not our problem" so no idea if it was sent thurs and got lost or today they wont tell me anything


Just phoned the delivery service and they have no record of anything coming to my address
