- The Win a Kindle competition (the “Competition”) is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
- Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- There are three ways to enter the Competition: ‘Like’ s on Facebook, ‘Follow’ us on Twitter or ‘Subscribe’ to our Newsletter. You are welcome to do all three to triple your chances of winning!
- The Competition closes at 23.59pm on 31 October 2011. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
- The winner will be chosen from a random draw of correct entries.
- The winner will receive one new Wi-Fi, 6″ E Ink Display Kindle. Mirabeau accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
- The winner will be notified by Facebook message, a direct Tweet or email on or before 5 November 2011 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Mirabeau within 5 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Mirabeau shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The prize will be sent to the winner via Amazon by 10 November 2011, subject to availability on amazon.co.uk.

- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
