If you haven't already seen an advert, swimming for the over 60s (sorry residents only!) is free for the month of October. Certainly at Louth , not sure where else!
Surprise, surprise they have realised that since the free swimming was axed there have been less older swimmers attending!

Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
