Since there are no Aldi or Morrisons stores in NI, anyone have any idea if Tesco stories in NI will accept the likes of the Aldi or Morrisons conditional spend coupons from newspapers? Just wondered if they would refuse them on the grounds that those stores are not in the area. Would anyone happen to know?

Also, do you reckon Tesco will accept the current Asda Price Guarantee £5 bonus coupons (£5 off spend of £40)?

    Many thanks

Very unlikely that it would be programed into our tills but its always worth trying - especially if its a reasonable assistant. :)

These things have always been hit or miss with Mr T, thats part of the couponing game and its actually fun in a strange way (adrenaline rush while standing at the till and then brief ecstasy or depression set in) :D

Meant to say that I expect the asda 5-0ff-40 to work but it will be sunday before I can get to use it.

Thanks Raven - I have always had success using Sains conditional spends in Ts - luckily never had anyone query it! Just always wondered about whether they would accept conditional spends from retailers that don't have stores here in NI - I reckon it's worth a try though! I'll be brave and give it a go ..... someday ....!

Mine 'big' T's -yes. Before I went shopping I had just asked CS to be sure. And they did. It make sense as if they do not accept conditional coupons from other stores, we will go to a M's, A's, S's or somewhere else....and leave our money there...
